What we can do for you?

It’s basically anything that is not game dev related. We can’t code or texture model, but we can handle everything else.
We’ve split up our services into common categories, if a service you need is missing, let us know and chances are we can help.

If you’re unsure what you need, no sweat.
We’re problem solvers, you tell us your problem and we will give you options for solutions.

  • We can help with

    • Finding your audience / understanding their expectations

    • Building/growing your community

    • Platform discoverability for communities and niche subcommunities

    • Best practices for engaging with your community

    • Community Strategy for any phase of your game (idea, concept, development phase, pre announce, wishlisting, activation, launch, post launch, updates!)

    • Crisis management

    • Content planning

    • Bug, feedback, community engagement, sentiment understanding.

    We can not help with

    • Moderating your community.

    • Creating the social content for your community.

    • Purchasing views and engagement to make your community look active.

    • Securing 1 million wishlists before day 1.

  • If you'd like to bounce ideas or discuss upcoming projects and thoughts on a topic, we're happy to provide guidance and feedback.

(Spoiler: we play a LOT of games, we will go down the rabbit hole of latest updates and fun things happening in games).

  • This is a pretty broad topic, so we’re not listing every item.

    We can help with:

    • Market analysis and viability of your game

    • Branding review / feedback

    • Show you opportunities for upcoming events and apply on your behalf

    • Creative review (key art, logo, store page assets) and feedback

    • Create a go to market plan, review your current strategy, and review / amend any current plans.

    • Product positioning and USP

    • Demo / Game play and mock review, suggested improvements, mock community review, platform specific review.

    • Marketing activities based on your game phase (concept, development, announce, wishlisting, launch, post launch, post 1 year…)

    • Event specific marketing plan

    We can not help with:

    • We can’t get a famous streamer to play your demo and make your game go viral.

    • We can’t get you 1 million wishlists locked in before day 1.

    • We can’t get you into Summer Games Fest if you have £0 marketing budget.

    • We can’t make you creative assets for advertising your game.

  • If you’re making your first game, CONGRATS!!! 🎉
Being part of the gaming industry is awesome, and we’re so excited for you!!!

It can get really overwhelming very quickly when launching your first game, so we’ll offer to take everything non game dev off your hands, so you can keep focusing on making your game.
We will do all the other stuff, but keep you informed of what we’re doing (and why!).

We’ll review often what’s been completed, what is outstanding, and what stage we’re in. No surprises!

  • We’ve been there too - lets get you back on your feet and dust you off.

We’ll play your game, review your store page, check out your socials and all the rest of it. We’ll give you supportive but constructive comments on items for you to consider changing.
We review marketing strategies, socials, awareness campaigns, your community and community efforts, game discoverability, your store pages, pretty much everything (we’re nosey, but for a good cause).

Anywhere we see points to calibrate and get you back on track, we’ll explain why and guide you through it.

  • We can help with:

    • Reviewing your current Player Support System and provoding feedback, best practices, implementing items suggested

    • Creating a Player Support system/home for your players to reach out to you

    • Reviewing topics of player frustration and best practices for handling

    • Reviewing incoming topics and provide a plan of action to reduce incoming contact volume

    • Knowledge base set up for internal, or external use

    • Leveraging community and socials to handle Player Support topics

    • Turning your complaints, bad reviews, and recurring contacts into development points, marketing oppertunities, and community content.

    • Improving your players experience when your players are experiencing an issue.

    We can not help with:

    • We can’t be your customer support and answer daily tickets

    • We can’t turn every single complaint into a happy review (some people you’ll never convert!)

    • We can’t create fake good reviews to hide poor gameplay or poor customer experience.

  • Spoiler: we have no money, so we can’t offer any contract
    (we can dream).

What we can do, is guide you through publishing and get you through the otherside.
Localisation, player safety, GDPR, refund rates, all the fun stuff.

  • You may have noticed we have a recurring theme on our topics.

Just to be absolutely clear: We cannot, and will not, promise you 1 million wishlists by launch day.
    (That’s insane).

We’ve been collecting wishlists for years across genres and platforms. No 2 games are the same, so what may work for 1 developer may not work for another.
We’ll guide you through what we’ve seen, what we think would work for your game, but it’s ultimately your decision if you’d like to follow our suggestions.

  • Ooo exciting, we love a challenge.

Send us an email with what you need/the situation, and chances are we can help.
In the rare circumstances we can’t help, chances are we know of someone cool that we can point you to their direction.
